Health Issues

I've been very concerned about my fat intake even though there actually not much in my body (My friends thought I'm thin). And I can see that my tummy is a bit flabby.

So, I'm trying to have a personal eating style. My mother made burritos some weeks ago, so that's a head start. Burritos are quite healthy especially if you add vegetables.

Veggies are a MUST if I'm eating oily stuff and I ate mutton a few hours ago, and there's also some lettuce on the table. My mother is helping me too by the way. She encouraged my siblings to wrap the meat of the mutton and make green burritos. And I ate much.
